Hubby and I went out to dinner last night, and when I ordered off the senior menu, the Waitress said "I'm sorry, I'll have to see your ID". We all got a good chuckle out of it, it's been years since I've been carded.
People have always thought I was younger than I looked, I've learned to appreciated now that I'm older.
How about you, do you still get carded, or questioned about your age?

Isn't it nice when you don't have anything left over to take home.

That's cool, they used to think that with me and my kids too.

Yes, when I was 28 years old, they would not allow me into the casino, I had not worn make up that day, and they thought I was 17, I did not have my ID with me and my Mom had to vouch for me, it was quite a scene. Great that your waitress thought you are much younger too @lilnana1111 .

Well done for looking youthful! It's a gift from nature that some want but can't have. I'm in the same situation as you, I've been told by everyone that I look younger than my actual age.

It's kind of nice when we get older that people think we're younger.

No I haven't been carded in many years. Did you get to eat from the senior menu?
