I Made Lists Today

I got a lot of things done, by making lists today. Unfortunately I only got about half of what I listed done.
There is always tomorrow.
Besides the list showing me what I failed at, it showed me my successes.
I did not even put any online goals on my lists, so if I write down what I accomplished in that way, it looks even better.
If you have a list, I hope you get it finished. Here it is almost bedtime, so good night.

Often my lists become the lost lists. I find extra grocery lists periodically. I usually buy more than what was on them. I guess for food it is the minimum of what I need.

@GardenGerty I rarely put food on my lists for grocery shopping, it seems to be those "other" things that I never remember, paper products, cleaning supplies, or special ingredients for certain recipes. Just imagine if someone gave you every grocery list that you ever wrote, that would tell quite a tale.

Mine have some things I have put off too long. Need to be on a weekly list.

I only make shopping lists. Sometimes I challenge my memory by leaving it home on the kitchen counter. Other times I lose it between the car and the store. Someone out there is now looking at the said missing list and thinking how wonderfully structured the list is. Each item listed is in order aisle by aisle
And yes, it is almost bedtime. This is my last response for the night. Rest well GG. Big hugs to you.

@GardenGerty Walmart seemingly changes weekly. I know it is just to get us to buy more of other products that we normally wouldn't buy.

For my residential job one of the case managers had made lists based on the aisles at Wal Mart. Unfortunately, things do change.

I always make lists too. I think a lot of mine is ocd but I like to see what I need to do and then at the end how much I have accomplished. I have a list on my fridge right now and one in my purse. Each has different things that need to be done. I actually might have one on my phone to lol. Doesn't help much if I don't look at the lists and remember what is on them to check off to do.

I am working in between things today to finish the lists from yesterday.I actually had two lists, one was cooking stuff. I got all but one thing done on that list. I used to have a cleaning list from one of my residential care jobs and I need to do something like that again.

Scattered does describe me. I think making that list anchored me a bit. I may eventually make a weekly list and just copy it.

It certainly is. I did not put any computer goals on it. So what I got done was in addition to meeting some of my online goals, and missing some.

I used to make lists of what I wanted to accomplish. I don't anymore. Have gotten a bit unorganized which bugs me.

Organization can be very soothing. I need to do it more.

If I look at the list wrong it makes me feel like a failure. If I look at it like a reminder it is a little easier.
