I don't know how many women have cases the same as mine. But as for me it is a big deal cause it will hinder my movement or any physical activity that I used to. I am sharing this because I needed some opinions or help for those who have been suffering and was able to overcome. What exercises are they using. There are so many restrictions when it comes to movement.

i dont have it but i know someone going through therapy because of that. it became worse few months ago and she had to be confined. she had to stop driving for a while while going through exercises. shes very determined to feel better thats why she recovered fast enough.
shes now driving for work again and she said it helps putting a pillow at her lower back.

@MGjhaud I have some patients who had undergone surgery after the slipped disk progresses. It takes time also for them to recover after the surgery. There are so many things for them to bear in mind. A long distance traveling is one of the limitations. They need to stop over once in awhile before moving on again.

If I were you my dear friend, it is better to consult to a Physiatrist in our country. You can't afford to have some exercises that was not being consulted to a specialist. Your condition is really a serious thing to consider. A wrong body movements would progress and worst case, it could lead to paralysis paralysis half of your body. I had seen some patients who experienced this. I am not giving any scary scenario. It is only a suggestion.

Yes I have already consulted one and so many restrictions but there are also exercises required for me. But the limitations, it is so very disappointing since I move a lot and am used to work on my own. Now I have to ask somebody to help me in doing things.
