Network problem kept me away from myLot

I just got connected after almost 5 hours. I kept getting messages such as "Network connection interrupted", "Network change detected" It was indeed frustrating as I would come back here time and gain to check if all was well. I did contact their Admin but all they would tell me is that there is a problem. And this has been happening since the last few days. It also gets disconnected on its own and comes back which messes up my online work.
Patience is a virtue they say and I just discovered I have plenty of it - a new discovery indeed

I allot a certain for myLot and when that is taken away from me then I get restless and cannot set my mind to doing anything else

@allknowing I too experience these things.At first I kept complaining and followed up the complaints.But now I have come to accept it. Why should I get my BP shoot up.Is it something special to India,I wonder.

Reliance gives me 18 GBs for 1500 for 3 months which is a good deal but it does not work properly. I am searching for an alternative. I also have Airtel which is very expensive 1 gb for 28 days Rs. 300/- but it gets over within 15 days.

The term "network change detected" seems very add. That is something that I have never encountered before and does not really make a lot of sense. Even if the network did change from one system to another it should do so seamlessly.

@allknowing It can be hopeless trying to acquire information from the supplier because not only would they create a fictitious situation to explain it but you would also encounter many people who simply have no idea.

When there's a network problem it's definitely their office. Sometimes they won't even notices it until you call them, it happened to me once. Until I realized it was one of their outside phone line cables, that the technician had to check there, specially that time when we didn't have a dial tone. welcome back

This is happening practically every day. I can understand it continues but it gets set and again the problem is seen. I am pursuing it further.
