Well, howdy neighbor, I am in Louisa. One time my sister and I saw an animal on the road there we both thought was an armadillo, the only thing is they are not in Pennyslvania! A black bear ran in front of use one time on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Are you sure you saw a wolf? I don;t think we have them here in VA unless it was a hybrid.

Yes. Hi. I have seen two black bears since moving here. One in the Rockfish River, perhaps fishing. the other in those same mountains, that crossed the road in front of me.

@snowy22315 I have seen wolves, but only when I drove to a house where they are raised. Not in the wild, per se, though they roamed the property.

Apart from farm animals the most we see in England are deer, hares, rabbits, foxes and hedghogs.

I forgot rabbits. We don't have hares where I am. Just rabbits. The poor things run in the direction of an automobile. It sometimes means their demise.

Holy cow! Thats a lot of strange animals. I havent even heard of all of them! Do you live in a very rural area? Or near a zoo? My only interesting one was last year when I almost hit a wolf that ran out in front of my car. I was shocked since I had never seen one.

Sort of rural. Not way out in the boonies. Once I saw a rodent that may have been a fisher, and I saw a hawk that I believe has essentially the same name. There are also bald eagles and golden eagles here, though I have never seen them. Soon I should, though. They are not terribly rare here.

There used to be a goat on a rope on a road near us. The rope was too long and the goat often ran to the middle of the road without warning. A friend of mine wrecked up because of that goat. On the same road, I have seen wild turkeys and a family of Sand Hil cranes including babies. Once, there were two adult bulls in the middle of the road and I have seen cattle and horses also.

Wow! Especially with regard to the cranes and the bulls. I have *seen* turkeys. 15 of them, once, in my own backyard as I returned from a drive. We have a postage-stamp backyard. It was rather crowded!

Oh, I'm afraid of snakes. So far I haven't seen animals that strange to me because they're pretty normal here maybe because I live in a city. Strange animals here are most often seen in the province.
