I Called the Bank

I found the phone number and called the bank just now to find out what game they're playing with me. After being on hold for a couple minutes she came back and told me the loan has been transferred.
I don't know how they can transfer something and not have all the paperwork go with it. It makes no sense.
So now I wait to find out if he's going to contact me. I called the number she gave me and he wasn't available. The letter I got had the same letterhead for the bank, so maybe it's another department of the same bank. Oh and this time it's in Florida. I asked her what area code it was she gave me. So you guys from Florida, where is 305 or is it the whole state?
So that's the news from the bank, so far. I'm sure there will be more news in the coming days.
Thanks for reading.

I thought they said the application was incomplete? How can they transfer without having all of the necessary information that they so claimed your application lacked? Sounds fishy to me.

They first said it was complete two or so weeks ago. Then I got the letter this past weekend that they wanted more info - they lost said docs again. So yes, I wonder why they would transfer it without it being complete as well. Not smart on their part.

It is. But hey, if they're going to keep doing this stalling thing with my loan, I'll be here longer. It will take that much longer for it to go to sheriff's sale.

@just4him If only you had a lawyer to help, but that requires fundage, and if you had that, you prob wouldnt be needing to deal with this.

@Jessicalynnt No I wouldn't. It would be nice to see this all settled. I just wish they hadn't transferred the loan, but I know banks do that all the time.

Me too. I want to know what bank it's with now, as a letter I got for the homeowners insurance shows it's no longer the bank I've been dealing with throughout this whole process.

So do I. I hate the waiting. I would like it all settled. But the longer they take the longer I stay.

@Elizaby said it was in the Miami - Florida Keys area. I expect he'll be calling and when he does, I will request another packet, and get those copied before sending them out, and per your suggestion, take them over to the bank for confirmation I've sent the entire packet to them.
