Does anyone else use essential oils for aromatherapy or any other purpose? As I was bored fot a bit today at work I found myself online shopping and I bought some Calry Sage (I think thats what its called or something similar) off of Amazon. I like oils in bubble baths! They leave your skin soft and smell good in a natural sort of way. I was doing some online research and there are all kinds of claims out there that certain oils do certain things. Do you believe it? What has been your experience?
How do you use essential oils? Any specific suggestions or things to avoid?

I don't mean to correct you, but I think it is Clary Sage. It is used to help calm and relax. I love the aroma of sage, and other herbs. Personally, I don't use them much. There are some scents that I use in my household. Lavender is one scent that I find uplifting. Many of my clients have me use them as well.

@maezee you can use a cloth to dab a drop or two and place them under the cushions of a chair or sofa. I also have my clients use cleaners that have a lavender scent. It seems to lift up their mood when I use it to clean their homes.
