No, I didn't do anything special. I didn't do anything most of you have not already done. I did something I didn't think I would ever do. But now the deed is done so to speak. When I got HughesNet Internet I asked the installer about a wireless router. I had no clue, seriously, what it was or why people have them. After his explanation my husband actually remembered the model number router and he got me one for Christmas. Since I have no other device other than my computer I have not hooked it up, I had no reason to until now. I want to be able to sit in front of the TV and check e-mail if I am expecting a message instead of jumping up and running (walking fast) to my office. That led me on a search for an inexpensive tablet. I like buying from QVC for many reasons, and their on-air demonstrations are part of the reason. Yesterday evening I flipped on QVC and they were selling the LePan Mini 8" 8GB Quad Core Android Tablet with Google Play and a case for $59.96. They had 4 colors left and I picked red. It comes with one year of accidental damage protection - if you drop it, the dog eats or whatever in the first year they replace it for free. Anyway, that was what I was waiting for, something not expensive but something handy. It should be here next week and now I have to hook up the wireless router. If I don't like the tablet I will have 30 days to return it, so I was willing to take a chance on this tablet. I am used to buying 'tablets' like the photo, but this is my first electronic one!
