Diaper Inequality In The USA

Yes folks, the President of the United States will execute an executive order to spend $10 million for diaper redistribution. This would give free diapers to the poor via taxpayer dollars. The diaper inequality runs rampant and government needs to clean this up before it hits the fan.
The U.S. Will be number 1 and number 2 in diaper redistribution. The impoverished can give each other Huggies while desecrating on the taxpayers. These folks have been Pampered most of their life and feel the world owes them. The world owes me nothing, I owe my country.
Is this story true? Or did my imagination conjure such farcical literary connotation.

I think that it is a wonderful idea. It looks like I am alone in my thoughts. Also, soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, sanity items ,deodorant etc.... Would be a great idea. Some low income families are good decent hard working people. They are doing the best that they can.

@RussTeed yes, we can agree to disagree. I feel that a better word for my way of thinking is compassion. The system is certainly abused by some, but it is a beautiful thing when it helps them dig their way out of poverty. To provide food stamps and housing isn't enough. Everyone needs to keep their hygiene up and especially little babies.

That is called socialism. I can respect anyone's opinion, this is a free country after all. Yes, some folks need a hand up, not so much a handout. Teach them to fish instead of providing one fish per day would be a better scenario for all. I was raised dirt-poor and my parents asked for nothing. I mean really really poor, lol

I was poor. Nobody gave me diapers for my babies. I used cloth because I couldn't afford the disposable ones. I demand retro diaper redistribution. LOL

@irishidid Same here, but not all disposable, sometimes when we could afford it I had disposable and I notice less diaper rash when my kids were in the cloth diapers.

@Carmelanirel2 I have heard of that before. Lucky for me, my wife handled that detail, for the most part, yuk!

I hope it isn't true, but probably is. If the poor can't buy disposable, then perhaps a one time purchase of cloth diapers would be better.

I know many people that go to the local food shelf at least once a month when their pantries are starting to get low. And yes, they give out disposable diapers to those who have a baby in diapers.
When you are on a low or fixed income, diapers are expensive. I don't know how some people can afford to buy them. Plus the cost of housing, utilities, food, and other essentials. It adds up quickly.

I think some serious cheating is going on. They have discovered how to turn poop into gold and are not revealing the secret formula. They may even distribute diapers with poop collection boxes and send it all to that factory! Imagine how much people are being kept in dark about actual motive.

I seem to recall reading something about diapers. I am no longer in need of them so I didnt pay attention.
I hope whatever diapers are being re purposed are sanitized though.

I don't know if the amount of money you indicated is accurate, but the Obama administration is leading a diaper redistribution effort to get more diapers into the hands for the poor. My feelings on this are probably rather harsh, but I believe if you cannot afford diapers for your baby you shouldn't be having a baby.

What happened to good, old-fashioned cloth diapers @RussTeed ? My mom used to use dish towels, old T-shirts etc., and wash them and hang them out on the line. Our landfills and oceans are absolutely FULL of disposable, plastic diapers. People have just gotten lazy.
