More than 200 points and it will be expiring soon. Used to just let it expire before, but this time, i wanted to redeem the points I earned.
I am using a prepaid phone. Every load that I make, I earn a certain points and then it piles up since i don't really redeem them.
With the "items" of which i can use my points, I decided to redeem what will I be using. Not that unlimited call and text since I am not really into phone chit chats.
It is registering into a data promo. And with just one-fourth of the points that I earned, which I had redeemed, i already had more than 4 gig of data, tha is a lot of savings.
With that much data, I can watch youtube and do marathon (another story), and still okay with my data and more to redeem.
have you redeemed some rewards lately and made you save some amount?
By the way, my points will expire if not used on the end of the month
.

I'm using a postpaid and they were offering rewards too but then I don't like how their reward system goes. I don't earn points on a fixed basis. Instead, I can only earn points if I consumed on top of my current plan amount. Unlike in prepaid that you earn points everytime you load up.

@Lucky15 But I still have several reward cards and apps being used. I do have a reward card in 7-11, BDO reward card (which you can use in any of the SM stores and Watsons nationwide as well as selected gas stations), Petron value card. I also have reward cards from different coffee shops and restaurants which can earn points and entitles you for discounts everytime you use it. The one I like the most is the reward points I get in my credit card because that's a bit bigger compared to others.

@Lucky15 i was annoyed i wasn't able to avail of the last points i accumulated before they changed their policy. they lowered the points so it's easier to reach now, but they also require you to give your complete name and complete address first. no thanks!

i think we have the same mobile provider. this is one of the reasons why i switched to them.
ive used up all my points up to January this year, and i dont know how much points do i have by now. i often used it for data as well, same as you. but i dont think i will be using it now. im good with my wireless connection plus i dont get 3G signal here at my moms house anyway.

I don't know about that on the mobile phone load, but I do have a 7-11 card. Every time I purchase something , they will add points to it.

The only rewards points that I get are for gasoline, and you know you have a point, if you have the points, well, you might as well use them to your benefit:)

I do redeem rewards from fashion outlets and departmental stores. They give a 5% rebate on my purchases.
