Paypal Fee

Yesterday i finally received my paypal debit in the mail. I loaded it, the same day i was charged 4.95 talking about monthly fee what the hell is this. Soon as i loaded my money paypal took it right back.
I hate paypal now. Monthly fee for using it one day

Fees for things like that always happen as soon as you've activated it / loaded it up. It's "monthly" so they won't charge you again until next month, but it happens.
Most prepaid cards are like that, I think you can get a card from walmart that doesn't do that but I am not sure. I just put my paypal funds into my bank, no fees that way.

I did not know that, i loaded all i had in my account then the next day i woke up and it was gone. In the negative 5 dollars lol.

I have never been charged a fee for my payapl debit card. I wonder why you were.
