A Weird Probably Unimportant Health Issue

During my life, I've had some strange conditions. Some are common, while others most do not experience. One seemingly minor condition affected me, and may still affect me. See if it seems familiar to you. If it does, please tell me about it. One day, I experienced a sore spot on my right palm. I touched it with my left first finger. It produced a depression! The depression hurt very much, and at the base of it, I detected a strong pulse. In a few days, the spot rose to form a blister. I popped the blister. It healed. A month or two later, a new blister formed at the same spot. I popped that and it never came back again. This was the better part of a year ago. Yesterday, on my left hand first finger, the palm side and first joint, a dark spot appeared that suggested to me a broken blood vessel! It was a bit sore. All of this, despite the fact I had not hurt my hand in any way. Today, I see nothing that looks like a blood vessel, but a shaded dark area appears where it was, only a bit larger. It does not hurt. Again, I had not hurt my hand. What is this?
