I was in this Van sitting in the parking lot, because we had stopped,at this resturant because this man, that was on the van with us, had to use the bathroom, so while we were sitting there, this man drove up beside our van, taking to the drive of our van, asking him for some money, and the driver said to the man I remember you, I give you $5 the last time, and the man drove off because, he didn't think he would run into someone, that was onto him scam, of asking for money, there are a lot of people using this scam game, of asking you for your hard earn money.

Wow - people now a days! I left a grocery store one time and a man asked for money. Not spare change or $1 but $5! I was a high school student at the time and drove. Where do you think I have $5 then even now, I would not.

We confronted some of these guys yesterday. The police said they are a million dollar crime ring. They come here from the city and use young children to make their targets feel sorry for them. Unfortunately they can only be gotten with trespassing.

@TLilly15 I agree with you. Beggars are a common site in our country. But I don't give them money. I give them food if ever I got one. One time, I was eating some bread along the road and some kids came near me. We ate together that time while on the road. I like the feeling of being able to help people...

I had to take my sister for some medical stuff in a large city several hours from us. We stopped at a Wendys and a man approached and tried to convince us that just around the corner his car was out of gas and he had small children. We reported him to the manager who said he does this all the time. It can get scary.

I wish there was a quick way for them to EARN the money, like when people would get their shoes shined. I don't want to give them money without seeing that they're willing to work for it, since I had to work to get that money myself.

Shady people looking for kind people. I use to be generous but soon found panhandlers dressed better than I did. At some point, we have to put our foot down and say.

@TLilly15 that's crazy, give away money when you need it at home first. We should take care of our home before giving to others, or else we end up like the man begging.

Yes you are right, we do have to put our foot down, I know this one man who says, he would give money to people like this, and he is having problems at home, but he is willing to give away his hard earn money, to me that is stupid.
