Just When?

This is about that saying, "Just when I thought I had it; covered, made, solved, spoken, reasoned, beat", these are just a few crossing the mindset, perhaps a betterment will become my day as well. Has anyone ever heard of the expressioned?

I heard a similar expression. If we push on then we'll have the day when everything comes together.
