Bank Holidays Can Be Confusing!

Have you ever had a Monday off work and then gone back to work on Tuesday and all throughout the day you kept thinking and referring to the day as Monday!! Yep...that happened to me yesterday! I kept saying to clients that it was Monday and that tomorrow would be Tuesday! Oops!

I do this all of the time, after having Monday off yestarday i keo thinking if was Monday. I completed Monday tasks, planned the rest of the week ( for a remaining 4 days lol ) I keo calling staff members who work Monday's exc.

@gudheart yes I was the same last week due to having Friday off. Much as I love having the extra time off it does make the week hard thou as I have 2 days work to catch up on now

I have done this several times in the past. I am glad I don't have to worry about such things any longer. Being retired is so nice.

Yes, it happens all the time. Sometimes when the holiday is on Thursday, and we return to work on Friday it feels like a Monday too.

Yes, yesterday, I forgot that Monday was a holiday and for all the day I referred to yesterday as Monday.

The only Bank Holiday that makes any difference to me is the one at the beginning of May. All the others fall in school holiday's. It's a non-perk of working in the education sector. Grrr.
