7 weeks of wellness plan

I am considering starting the 7 weeks of wellness plan because I have suffered with obesity all my life. I am looking for any testimonies on this plan

If you want to plan your own wellness plan. There are several things that you would not want to miss in your plan. First is diet. You have to change your diet to a healthy one. One that consist of a majority of vegetables and fruits and try to avoid any meat at all. Eat three times a day and don't eat after 9pm in the evening as your digestive system is basically shutting off that time. The other thing is exercise. You have to make yourself go for adequate exercise such as half an hour jogging in the morning or dusk. Find a suitable place such as garden and hills. This will not only decreases your fat, it will also give you other health benefits too. Do this for 7 weeks and you may start to see some difference in your health.
