If you are not an oatmeal lover, then what on earth is wrong with you?
But for my oatmeal lovers, how do you like it? A delicious meal formed in the matter of minutes but people like it served differently.
As I was putting my oatmeal in the microwave it was being stubborn and not cooking properly. I am a person that likes my oatmeal kind of soupy and kind of creamy. I make sure all the water in the bowl is no longer seen and then put a splash of milk in it to make it soupy and creamy.
Are you a person who like it creamy? Over watery? Or Dry as if it just came out of the container?

I usually eat the reduced sugar Quaker Oar individual packets, Maple Sugar please, but the old school way with milk, raisins and brown sugar is my vote.

Ohh yeah, maple sugar is the way to go in the packets.

The maple and brown sugar were always my favorite as a kid. I ate the clump of brown sugar straight out of the package.

When my cholesterol levels went haywire thanks to my bedrest due to an accident I was advised to take oatmeal. I did it in the form of porridge religiously every morning for almost two years. I got fed up of it and now do not take it.

I'm sorry to hear about your accident. It must be nauseating to eat something so much. I'm sorry for that.

I like the old fashioned kind of oatmeal where you actually cook it on the stove. I put milk and honey on it. It is delicious Lumpy is fine.

Normally when I have oatmeal it is when it is cold and I just want it done so i can be warm. It sounds nice to do it on the stove, when I get the actual oatmeal instead of the prepackage stuff I'll try it out!

I like mine neither too wet or too dry, at time we turn it to "champorado" the usual with cream milk, sugar but with powdered chocolate added

I like it fairly thick, then I will add brown sugar and milk to make it creamy.
