Don't point it out!

This always drives me nuts for several reasons. One it hurts my feelings when others point out my misspellings. I don't go through my stuff to profs reading unless it's something for like an article or a story then in that case my husband looks it over. I've spend over 20 something years living and coming to terms this is who I am. I have a learning disability I don't need people pointing out my every day faults that will never change. I know on here I'm not the only person that misspells or mistakes because we are all human. Many mylotters are from different places in the world and English isn't there frist language. Some times my brain doesn't see things the way others do and some times my hands move quicker then my eyes can track even with hand written stuff I can be to fast.

For me - I don't mind if people correct my mistakes because then I'll learn from them. I don't get offended but if they take advantage of me for misspelling, clowning on me for misspelling or something then that's another story. But for punctation - I don't care as I don't think punctation matters, we're not here to be graded on. For instances today I pronounced sesame incorrectly as I was ordering a bagel and using my reward from Panera. The man corrected me and I said oh whoops - I pronounced the word incorrectly (which I admit my fault and learned from it). But then I had another reward for $1 off a sandwich which I told him about. I saved the $1 from previous visit because I didn't want a sandwich then. He said both rewards cannot be used in conjunction. And right then and there he was trying to take advantage of me thinking I do not understand English or "rules". The email clearly does not state your rewards cannot be redeemed at the same time. They're earned rewards because I made purchases and can be saved or redeemed at any time. I told him straight out right there and then then he said I will honor it for you this time only which is stupid because I can redeem the rewards "at any time"

@ShyBear88 I can understand you but for those who point you out on misspelling words or grammar, punctuations then that's wrong since we're not hear to judge. And if they do tell them to be familiar with myLot policy!!! In fact per myLot policy: Criticizing users for bad or broken English - We have users from all around the world, and they are welcome regardless of their proficiency with the English language. In fact, a lot of users come here to get better with their English skills. Let's help them out! If anyone ever points you out refer them to read myLot guidelines. I have corrected someone in the past on myLot and I have been corrected as well but only because we made a huge typo without realizing it. I was typing and thinking about something else. I totally forgot what I was writing about but example - I was writing about "teeth" but I wrote about something totally different a "duck" or something.
This is where you will find out what kinds of behavior are accepted and unaccepted on myLot. When in doubt, remember the Golden Rule!

With someone with learnig. Disabilities it'll never change. You see that won't every change for me my spelling will never be that good it's okay I live with that but when people point it out it doesn't hurt my feelings because it's like they are saying you are stuff or didn't do good enough. People, that go around and point that out are trolls. I won't learn any more them what I have already that is just that.

I see a lot of people's mistakes I jusr don't point them out or at least I hope I don't. If I can read and understand it then we are good if not then I just ask what they mean or where trying to say.
