Its well past midnight, the dogs are silent, the cats are sleeping, the night is pitch dark and here I am "WIDE AWAKE" . . . sleepless!
It will teach me to have a Fondant Horse Biscuit before going to bed . . . Sugar Overload has my head spinning upwards, backwards, sideways absolutely bouncing my cerebral matter everywhere!
Resorting to some natural aid, I have poured myself a cuppa warm milk, and shall read a little and hope it works. I need my beauty rest if I want to be marvelous in the rehearsals of our Melodrama tomorrow evening!!!
Does a certain kind of snack give you sugar overload and high energy brain frequencies as well?

I hope that you are sleeping well. On my way to bed too.

I love sweets and there is no knowing how much I consume. But that does not affect my sleep. Probably I am not eating enough

Sleep generally comes as soon as my head hits the pillow. It's if I wake up around 3 AM that my brain goes into overdrive.

In my case, I think those softdrinks keep me wide awake at night.
