Let it Go

I finally decided to let go of my old netbook. It was an Asus Eee Pc. I decided to post it online and sell it. It served me a lot in the long years that I have it. It was very useful for me since I use it to type my student's reviewers and projects, to research, to myLot and to browse online. But I guess it already served its purpose. It doesn't perform okay now. The keyboard is not working so I am already using an external one, the wifi isn't working also so I had to use a LAN cable, the screen is strating to have some lines. It's getting old and sickly so as much as I want it to stay I had to let go. Maybe some technicians can still make use of it.

I remember it was Asus who released the very first netbook and the size was 7 inches I think and only in white color. I knew because I immediately bought one. But after using it for a year, I gave it to my nephew.

Oh I also have that until now. I remember when it was firs featured by TJ Manotoc in the news, I was so excited and I immediately bought it. It was around 20k that time, a bit pricey since it only has a flash storage of 4gb and comes with a linux os. I borrowed money from my mom just to buy that.

I think the technicians will take it apart, and install some new hardware to make it work again. I think old netbook takes up more electricity and does not work as well as new one. Probably you can change to a newer version every few years.

It's still working. I can still use it though i'ts a bit slower already. It's running windows 7 ultimate. I haveno problems browsing the net using it's just that I am not comfortable using an external keyboard and a Lan to connect to the internet.

Hopefully the laptop will be a fun project for a technician or someone who can fix it to use it!

Sounds like you made the right choice to let it go. Are you getting another one?

@LdeL0318 A cheap chrome book would be good option. Anything really that is second hand during the sales :D

@LdeL0318 Oh, okay. I understand. Hihihi So it is much better if you sell it. I hope the buyer will make good use of your netbook.

It's okay. Things won't really last forever. I hope you'll be able to get one soon.
