Thanks to my aunt Morley Hunt, my sewing machine is now purring like a kitten and I now know how to properly maintain it.
This was a beautiful older machine that was given to me by my grandma. It likely hasn't seen much use, if any, in the last decade or so. A quick cleaning and oiling was all that was needed to get rid of the squealing.
Now I can use the machine and practice my sewing skills.
Thanks again aunt Morley!

Nice.
My mother is the seamstress in our house, and she has one of those "new fangled" machines with computer-y programmed stuff and all. She'd go nuts if her machine didn't work.
