A truly smart individual doesn't condemn others for not understanding them.

A smart person who is a know-it-all, on the other hand, actually believe that everyone else is an idiot and that nobody will agree with anything they say or do because they lack the balance of a cognitive mind. I got something for you clown. "If you are so darn smart, then why are you arguing with a stupid person like me?" This is not a good thing. Having to berate your self just to make a point even in sarcasm is really not the proper direction to go in winning an argument much less a political debate. I've seen lots of insults and name calling these last few months and it makes me pretty sick to my stomach. If a truly intelligent man realizes he is talking over someone's head, he tries very hard to reword things so that the other person might be given the benefit of some level of intelligence and ability to comprehend what the person with the big mouth is trying to convey in a public debate or a speech or an ordinary conversation. Talking at someone is not the same as talking to them or conversing with them. There are many different ways to voice your thoughts and get people to agree or at least relate to what you are saying. The very act of listening shows a willingness to listen and the respect that you deserve but if you talk at people, they will ignore you and in fact hate you for it.
