Busy Days

Since I just moved into our new home, things had been very hectic. After the unpacking, I have to also familiarize myself to the new city I'm in now. It's rotally different from where I was before. I used to live in Manila for about 17 years. That's since my college days. Now I'm in Baguio City which is the summer capital of the Philippines. It feels like I'm still a tourist around here but I'm get to along just fine. It's cold around here since I'm up to the mountain side now. Manila is boiling hot. I'm still adjusting but hopefully I will be able to really get used to how they live around here and also the weather. It's just the same country but feels like I migrated to another one.

I'm sorry, I hope you get used to things there soon and feel more comfortable. I moved to another state recently. It is much hotter here and I am still getting used to everything as well so I know the feeling!

Yeah. Never thought that the adjustment thing will be drastic around here.

Moving is kind of annoying for sure. Keeping things in a place and then going all over things.

I would imagine it's refreshing there as Manila is so hot.

Moving can feel like that. I hope it becomes familiar soon.

I'm sure you will get use to it! About three years ago, we moved to a "village" it's not even big enough to be called a town!! So, when we need anything it's about 30 miles away (one way) to get it! After a while you finally get use to it!

Your right, you feel you had migrated to another country because Manila and Baguio are totally different places in many ways. I like to live in Baguio rather than in Manila.
