Back To Thoughts on Editing

Maybe I am a glutton for punishment! The book is worth it and I will not let what has happened get to me. Yes, I'll have to save up the money again and hunt around for a new editor. This time I think I'll go through a place I found that monitors the actions of the editors. On the unlikely event the one I paid for actually does show up I'll use it. Will that change my feelings about the editor? Absolutely not. You don't treat your clients the way I was treated. I really wish I could find an agent who would take on the project but a book of short stories doesn't attract their attention unless it is by a well known author or married to one.

@crazyhorseladycx Yeah but if one is into Twilight Zone type of stories they'll like it and I also have the third book of my series in the works.
