The builder and designer of the Titanic said she was unsinkable and the fastest ship afloat. Did you know she had a sister ship, the Olympic? The Olympic was started first then the Tianic and they were constructed right around the same time. The Olympic was launched in 1910 while the Titanic was launched a few years later. The Olympic was also a cruise ship until World War II when she was used as a troop carrier then retired in 1935. I believe we all know the story of the Titanic when she hit an iceberg in the Atlantic.

There were a few differences between them. I believe that the funnel arrangement was one of the differences.

@Marcyaz I understood that the sister ship had sunk because I recollect something about the funnel difference being by which they identified the Titanic.

Atleast nothing happened to the sister as it was used until retirement.

Did not know there was a sister ship, or one that had such a GOOD history in comparison.
