Someone looked down on you?

What you feel about something is not always true. Sometimes, you feel that some poeple looked down on you. You just feel that but in fact they did not look down on you at all. Make sure that you think about everything positively. Be careful with negative thinking as negative thinking will have bad influence on you. Have you ever felt that someone looked down on you? How did you know that?

Some wil look down on others. Even if people direct those feelings onto us. We can find ways to channel them out.

I think I did back when i was in my teens. I had this classmate who would always make somebody feel like a nobody by telling them how much she was right and everybody else was wrong.

Good. I agree but you can also try to tell them to get off their high horses.
