Paper Trail Begun

With all the trouble I've had with this house modification for the past two years, I am listening and taking all your advice. I got all the papers copied before I sent them off and the copies are in a file folder in my cabinet now.
I had them filled out a couple days ago, but needed a little bit more information. I called him this morning to find out what I did not need to send him with all the documents he already has, and printed off everything I needed and took everything to NeighborWorks to make copies. They are the ones I'm working with for this house. They are just down the street. They help people facing foreclosures. I went to get their help two years ago. They are not the bank or the loan company. They are people who know the routes I need to take for the best results.
So now the papers are sent again via FedEx. And now I wait for what they have to tell me. When I talked to him this morning, there might still be something I need to send him. He will let me know. I sent him everything I had and we went over each page so I didn't miss any boxes or lines that needed checking. So I'm good to go and now the waiting again.
I really hope this time I get a quick answer and it's positive.
How's your day going? Thanks for reading.

You and me both. And with the bank selling the loan to a loan company and even they can't give them all the documents I've sent, it's pathetic. So I've started the process again so I can hopefully speed this up.

They've been messing with me big time. They sold the loan last month and didn't bother sending them all the paperwork I've sent in over the past almost two years. So instead of trying to wait for it all, I had them send me a new packet and sent it back in the mail today.

@celticeagle Very frustrating. However, the longer they take, the longer I stay.
