He's Off the Walls!

My son seems to have gotten a surge of energy, for what reason I have no idea. He is just jumping and shaking his head while making funny faces all at once. The sun is already starting to go down so we can't take him to the park. I guess I should try and run his energy out, but to be honest I am exhausted myself to even think of how. Any suggestions on what to do with him?

Really, if I had his energy I would go out and run for a mile or run in place for an hour.

That's so funny! I say that because I have a two yer old that is full of energy and craving for all the attention. How old is he?
