Buying a Wig

So im having my hair cut this week,as l was about to sleep an idea occured to me,what if l cant stand my new hair cut? So l have decided to buy a wig lol, l have never put on a wig in my life.But im buying 2 wigs, 1 short and 1 mid- length so l can cover my head as l get used to the new cut if l don`t like it. So in the morning when l wake up, l will not make an appointment with the hairdresser as planned,will wait till the wigs get here. Any experience with wigs anyone?

No, I never wore a wig. Even if the haircut is bad, it is only hair. It will grow out again. If you are afraid of a bad haircut, maybe you should find a new place to get it done.

New place? i`ve always only trim the ends nothing more so yes im very afraid of bad haircut

i havent tried putting on one ever.. i would love to since i planned on cutting mine too into a pixie cut. goodluck to you. whered you buy the wigs?

I couldn't get a wig over my mop of hair if I tried! Why don't you just go to a good hairdresser?

@miniam I'm sure you will look great in any haircut. I had long hair for years, then had it cut as in my photo. I like it!

Lucky you, my hair is quite thin so i have not had it cut short in ages,(25 years i think)when wind blows, it usually blow my hair away. To make things easier, i have always had it long then mostly tied in a ponytail but i want something different.

Hi minisam. Now that I am older, I have become more open minded with my style. If you get a wig or two that is beautiful as well as a nice haircut, you will have multiple styles that you can rock. I always had the best wigs. I have grown my hair out quite a bit so, I prefer extensions.

i`ve not cut my hair in ages so im not sure how i will feel about it short.Will buy the wigs so that if im not happy, l can use the wigs. My hair is very light and very thin that`s why l have always preferred it long

@miniam You could possibly give extensions a try. Your hairdresser may be able to give you some extension options.
