Hello mylotters.
It is not that I woke up late or that I have been watching a wonderful movie. It is that I have spent almost 2 hours fighting with my new keyboard and I have not yet won the war.
The system does not "recognize" my new devise. I have tried everything I can. I have run a CD that came with it. You name it.
Once, when things were simple, you just attached a now keyboard. Not now. Is anyone protecting the system from being killed or hacked by a bunch of keys?
I could write this one post now and I answered one of my friends posts. And it is noon.
You don´t know how wonderful typewriters were!
Did you work with them?

You should try reiniciating the computer and go through the same set of instructions until the keyboard is installed. That is what I did once when I was installing a printer which I wasn´t able to install, not until I reiniciated the cp several times.
