Happy Monday all!I am sitting here watching the PBS show Antiqued Road Show. Essentially people bring in items to have looked at by professionals, antiques to be specific. Sometimes people bring in vintage art and it surprises you and is worth like $20K or higher. Sometimes people bring in duds that are worth next to nothing.
Do you watch this show?
have you ever bought an antique? And had something be worth a lot of money?
Happy Monday! Thanks for responding.

@maezee There is no audience. Everyone brings something to be appraised and they select the most interesting to be on the program. I had nothing remarkable except several antique watches that were appraised to have a few bucks value.

I sometimes go to antique shops here on my place. I don“t buy, since the prices are very high. One item I say the other day was an antique telescope which captured my attention. I have been wanting to buy a telescope. I have one but it has a small aperture and I would like to have one with a bigger aperture.

I just loved seeing the high value items
