It's horrible, but some how i didn't believe that the govt didn't pay the ransom. I know they did, what's worse is that the terrorist was asking for more at least nine digits of it 
which was totally absurd. Because of this, it killed their citizen. I've seen the video before and this poor guy, his head is constantly touch by the terrorist. they have no shame, perhaps they didn't care about their life too.
But we shouldn't give in to fear as we must find courage in our hearts to fight terror.

I don't think they should be controlled by the government instead, they should surrender or be eradicated @salonga

Based on the news, they were willing to pay the ransom. Except, that they asked for 300 million dollars more, which was totally insane @shaggin

@Letranknight2015 really? where did you see that video? so, the actual beheading was filmed? what did the criminals use? sword? axe? My God, that is so horrible to watch. i guess the video is now deleted, right? maybe somebody among the ASG took the video.

Sad to know that this groups are demanding a lot. For all we know they might just purchase it to new weaponry to be used for their plans of overcoming the whole country. How about putting these men by the airport to watch out those rich guys dropping bullets in Naia.

This is a tough one- but I know they can't start giving them money- then they will kidnap even more people and kill them. So sorry it happened.
