So I have been told a few times that it would definitely help my weight loss if I start prepping meals. I assume they meant meals for each week. I am not the best cook and I don't know what I should even put in a meal. Do I put the meal I prepped in the freezer? Are there certain foods that I should always use? How do I successfully prep meals? Do I do this for breakfast, lunch,a nd dinner? Or do I just do it for a certain meal everyday?
Can anyone on here give me pro tips about how to successfully prep meals and not go crazy?

I'd probably disagree with this prepping meals thing.
Don't exactly get what it means anyway
Losing weight is successfully done through a healthy balanced diet and exercise.
What I would suggest doing is a lot of research into healthy eating.
It isn't that hard.
Just start looking on the net for sites that promote healthy eating.
They often have some very nice recipes you can make relatively easily.
Just avoid those "healthy" ready meals because often they are no good for you.
You could easily make very healthy soups in batches and freeze them.
Obviously things like salads can't be frozen but salads aren't the only healthy things to eat.
