I could not find his house

Today my man was supposed to come get the rest of his stuff out the house which is just the bunk bed. Its raining like crazy and he can't get anyone to help him so he is going to do it after work tomorrow. I'm not thrilled about it. I started crying while texting him about it. He told me to come over and see the new place and relax for awhile. I calmed down after awhile and against my better judgement decided to take a movie over to his place. He told me the road name and in my head I pictured where it was. I headed out and the road name I pictured wasn't correct so I kept driving. At least 5+ miles past. I started to cry. I turned around and went back looking at every road looking for the name of the road he said. I was such a mess I just went home. I get home and the furnace isn't working. So then I started crying even worse. I texted him telling him that I'm a mess and couldn't find the road and that the furnace isn't working. I looked on google maps and the road I was thinking is the right road and it says the name of the road he told me. I don't understand why the name on the sign is different then. I am waiting for my father in law to come now to see whats wrong with the furnace. He is a plumber.
