Today is a religious holiday in our country so kids are at home. Therefore after a good sleep they were up early for playing. I always let them play on my floor the kids includes my daughters, my sister in law's daughters who resides down stairs with her mother and grand mother. Today my little one respected my sleeping time and took them down to play at grandma's portion. The grandma is a short tempered woman she can't sacrifice her sleep and thus she scolded little angels. (she don't like kids inshort) My sister in law's daughter complained me about her grandma I said why didn't you played here beside my room she said amna let us down stairs saying my mom is sleeping here lol...

A napping person awakened from her nap because of noise can really be snappy . I would feel that way too if i am awakened from my sleep .

Most grandmothers or grandfathers habit of sleeping is not normal anymore, they can't sleep 6 to 8 hours straight so in the morning or afternoon, if they feel they wanted to sleep, they will sleep because they surely lack of sleep at night and when the kids are playing and very noisy, they can't sleep or they might wake up so their sleeping beauty was disturbed.

I have seen many grand parents who don't like noise. My grand parent also like this.

I think as we age the patience get a little shorter and we cannot tolerate as much.
