I had told this man that, I wanted to help me and my sister, to move and he kept on asking me to ask my sister, am I sure our move is going to be, on the 1st of June because he took off from work, and told him I wasn't going to say, anything to her because she is controlling, everything about the move, she is paying for everything the water, lights, gas, electric, rent, I pay rent and that is all, he acts like he want to be in control of everything, when you are moving someone, no you are not in control of everything, the person that is paying you, is in control of everything, I want to tell this man, his services are no longer needed, and we have not even moved yet, I want to tell my sister to find, someone else to move us to our apartment because this man is a pain, he needs money really bad, that is why he is a pain.

Since you already said he needs the money, also if I booked the day off my job to help I'd be pissed. He sounds like my Dad gets hyped up and just wants to make sure.

@ricki_911 I have not fired this man, I said i felt like firing him, because he wanted to know, if my sister and I were going to move, on June1s t I told him no, but this was after he had taken the day off from work, to help us move.

It is possible he's trying to organize his time?
If I knew I was expected to do a job and the person who was hiring me didn't give me specifics, I'd 'fire' them!!
I have better things to do than wait around for a job that isn't a job, but sounds more like a favour.
He must be desperate for money and have too much time on his hands.
I think, since you have no control, the only fair thing is to tell him, I made a mistake, we don't need your services, and let him go off and find a job he can count on.
