A Minature Or / myLot

When I was in Brandon SD on a road near the lake there was this ( minature lighthouse or windmill) it looked really cool so I thought I would take a picture of it. I have no idea when or who built it. The grass looked so nice and green but the water looked so choppy although it was a nice day for a ride. The houses on that street were so nice and I assume very expensive being right by the water like they were. Some even had those boat ramps to the lake. What do you think this building is?

I can see this would be a place I would love to roam around Marcy. You got a beautiful pic there of that windmill. And it is so lovely and green and soothing. Wish I could be there with you and Mom.

I wonder if it once lit up, it is cool. perhaps a child's playhouse

@Jessicalynnt I have never seen it at night so I really don't know. It could be a child's playhouse. I never thought of it being a child's house.

May be it's a mini lighthouse that they use when they go out with the boat in the evening.

That is most unusual. Was there a door to enter? Any observation point at the top?

@JohnRoberts I think there was a small door there as to an observation point at the top I think the closet thing would be a place where you could stand when you look at the picture.

I think it is a unique looking building. Great to use as a site mark when out on the boat to know how far out you have gone.

@Marcyaz It looks really nice just sitting there near the water. Not sure what the purpose is for it exactly but maybe just decoration? Not sure but either way it adds style to the place. Looks good.
