Predicting more bad weather

The weather forecasters are saying that around 3 this afternoon we may be experiencing more severe weather. I believe them. My body aches badly all over.
I got up this morning to type a letter to the IRS for my husband to fax, we are in a discussion with that agency. Otherwise I might still be asleep.
I have cleaned some and washed a few dishes. I moved the garbage out to the curb. I have done part of my online work.
Since it is not raining right now I took my marigolds out to the tomato and pepper area and planted them. As the day progresses I will plant other things.
I had a ginger root that was sprouting from the eyes so I planted two pieces of it. I want to see if it grows. Perhaps I need to go slice the root and enjoy some ginger tea.
Yesterday was a good day and I am determined to make this a good day as well.

Moving around a little helped my body aches. I still do not know if we will really get the bad weather.

@GardenGerty I should start watching how I feel the next time I eat onions or garlic. Thanks!

Good luck on the ginger. It is good in so many things.

I buy it all the time as a root, as well as the powdered kind. I cook with it and I sprinkle ginger on many things. I slice ginger root and use boiling water to make tea.

@GardenGerty ...It makes a great tea and nice to sprinkle on coffee too.

@GardenGerty even though out spring days have become sunny and warm for us here in northern Europe sometimes that is not a good sign. It can just happen that in June it becomes cold and toward the end of May we can even expect some frost. So my hubby cannot just go out and start planting because we can lose it all. What we will do is plant some cucumbers in the greenhouse and wait to see what happens in June for other plantings.

Your season certainly is later than ours. I hope your cucumbers do well.

I do not mind the rain here at all. It is just it is like my whole body is being squeezed by the storm front.

The cleaning is improving my mood, I dont know why. But I am going to ride it, each little thing cleaned, organized,or done makes me feel better.

I love that attitude. I hope your bad weather stays away. We've gone from sweltering 80s to barely 60 this morning. I'm back to wearing a sweater.

No rain here. Sunshine and blue sky in the 60's. A good day for the walk I took this morning. I'm glad you got your plants planted. I hope the ginger root takes.
