Brazil Nuts.....?

This is a South American Tree and it's seeds are edible. It is a largest tree among Amazon rainforest reaching 5-10 meters tall with a trunk of 1-2 meters in diameter.The bark will be grayish.The flowers are small and greenish-white. The fruit weighs about 2 Kg. which contains about 9-25 seeds. The Brazil Nuts are highly nutritious. The nutritious values make it a very rich source of selenium, protein, fat components are 22% saturate, 38% monounsaturated, and 32% polyunsaturated.They are excellent source dietary fibers, vitamins, and dietary minerals.They contain rich content of Vitamin E, Thiamine (54%),magnesium, phosphorous (104%),manganese (57%), and zinc (42) The nuts also contain small amount radium, a radioactive element. The presence of polyunsaturated fats lower bad cholesterol level in our blood that can minimize the risk of Heart Disease and stroke. The limit for taking this nut is only 1 daily for a good health and not more than that. The presence of Oleic Acid is also helpful in reducing the LDL or bad cholesterol and in enhancing the level of HDL or good cholesterol. They also protect from High Cell Damage due to the presence of rich antioxidant properties.

Not sure if I would want to eat this or not as the good points might not outweigh the bad points.
