Do you keep mementos?

I was going through some stuff in my old organizer last night and i saw these (pictured). They were tickets and passes I've kept for years. One was a port pass i paid few years back going to Bantayan Island to celebrate my birthday on my own. I always spend my birthday there when i was still in Cebu. The Enchanted Kingdom ticket was the first and last one i bought. I'm planning to go back and bring my nephew there soon. I also sponsored a concert ticket for a dear friend in Manila and he then gave me the ticket when he came back. One of them is the last movie ticket i paid for which is The Bourne Legacy. This was in 2012 -- yeah i really don't go in that much and only if it's a favorite of mine. I've got more in here and i didn't notice i already have this many.

Yes I kept a lot especially movie stubs lol! Was planning to do scrapbooking but didn't get to it as much as I'd like.

@MGjhaud Haha yeah - I have a lot of letters my friends and I wrote too but I don't talk to any of them anymore

It was funny to read through some back when I was cleaning up a while ago but I have not taken the courage to toss them out. I am a little hoarder

I have tickets to enchanted kingdom before but I didn't get to keep them. they were other momentos i have back in my highschool days but I think I have mispaced them some where in my room.

Yes, I keep them but some were thrown already. I keep some of them because I want to cherish all those moments, bad or good.

No I do not really keep mementos like this anymore. I used to when I was young and I would tape them in my diary but I do not do this anymore.

Oh yeah, but here we call them "scrapbooking" I have kept many things, from my children's achievements (and mine since I recently earned an associates degree) along with vacations and plays we have been too. Got a whole bag of mementos that need to be organized.

as of now, im thinking of framing it but i might make a scrapbook too for my old poems, doodles on post-its done on a very special day, you know things like that.

I had quite a few in my collection.. I threw almost all of them out when I moved homes. I only kept the tickets of the plays in which my sons acted or played music.

@MGjhaud I have been busy with it, yes. But it has nothing to do with whether I keep or toss tickets and mementos from the different things I've attended. I used to keep them. I had a box of such items including programs from the various events, but they're gone now.

I have boxesn of things I've saved. Over the years some of those have just disappeared. It's fun to run across an old box and go through it for the memories.

I don't hold on to much but do keep all the cards I have received over the years and do re-read them from time to time. It is not really about cards but about love, appreciation and concern shown.

Oh, yes. I still have those tickets and other mementos. The oldest I have was the tickets I have for the 1st time visit in London 3 decades ago. Now, you reminded me to organise them as I have new mementos to organise.
