Going to Have To go out Tonight

The Toronto Raptors are playing game 6 tonight in Miami. The sports channel I have will not be airing it, the other one will. So it looks like my daughter and I could be hitting the bar tonight to watch the basketball game. I could skip it but if they won and I didn't see it I would be irked. If they lose and go to a 7th game, that game will be on the sports channel I get.
This is all so complicated. I know it's because certain channels purchased the rights to air certain games, but there is no consistency to it. Our sports channel (TSN) added a few more channels (TSN, TSN2, TSN3, TSN4) but, stupidly, a single event will air on three of those channels. Why have extra channels if you're just going to air the same thing on them all?
Add to that, my television listings that came with the weekend newspaper says the game IS being aired on TSN; the guide on my television says it's not. Talk about your crossed wires!
So if my daughter is available, I won't be online tonight. Hubby is working. Catch you on the flip side.

ESPN, TNT, and ABC are the channels we get the games on here. I'm glad these are on basic cable because it's going to be a great game and I'd hate not to have it.
They invent new channels to give us more options to watch nothing.
I hope you get to see it. Are you rooting for a game seven or for the Raptors to wrap it up now?

Enjoy the game. That is a bit nuts to air the same game on three different channels.
