Yes, little ol' me got 7 security guards called on her in the emergency room! I'm a total danger like that. Why did I get all those security guards called on me you may ask? Because I didn't want to take off my bra. Yup, all because I didn't want to take off my bra! Tuesday night, I decided I needed to admit myself to the psych unit to get my meds straightened out because my anxiety was out of control. When I got back to the ER room, I was informed I could only keep my panties on underneath the paper pants and shirt they give psych patients to wear. Now, I've been a psych patient at this hospital before and they have NEVER taken my bra or undershirt from me. I requested to see the charge nurse and was told for 20 minutes that she refused to come meet with me. I informed my nurse that I would be filing a complaint against the charge nurse who finally did show up and proceeded to yell at me, not answer my questions, and then walk out in the middle of my speaking to her. Only then did I find out she had 7 guards standing outside the room, basically ready to attack me. My 71 year old mother was forced into the waiting room and never summoned back as promised. It took the nurse asking and then me asking two times to finally run off all the security guards!
