I went to work today, and got some pretty amazing news. I was offered a spot on the expert's team - basically the team that other agents call when they need help with the systems, can't figure out a complex problem, or need help with a credit or a payment.
People have been asking me for months "when are you going to be on that team?" But the day has finally come. They've let me on. What's really amazed me is that the others on the team are being really, incredibly supportive. They're happy to see me and I was virtually everybody's top pick.
Even though I know I can do my job well, I'm still not used to unreserved support from this many people at once. It's a really good feeling and I'm going to be treasuring it for a while.

Not yet, though a raise for this team is being considered since we have so much more responsibility.

@Rohvannyn Unpaid work is not cool. You are cool but unpaid work isn't.

@Rohvannyn Good i am glad that they are at least talking about it. That means that they will think about it and it just might happen and it should if you have so much more work to do.
