Protect your hair during summer

In summer there will be lot of dehydration and body will be losing minerals. Any evasive attitude may damage your hair. The following tips are always needed;
Keep your hair loose. Do not open them completely. The dehydration makes your skin and hair lifeless. So maintain to take 7-8 glasses of water. Fill your body with lemon juice, buttermilk, and coconut water. The coconut water usage is concerned, prefer to take it while going to sleep
Wear a scarf or a stylish cap appropriate with your dress.
Do not use hair stylish gels or creams unless a special occasion or event demands such usage. Do not use even the stylish tools. They may damage your hair as the hair will be highly moist prone during summer. Minimize their usage.
Apply a soft shampoo to wash your hair and use a good conditioner. Do not wash your hair with a hard or Turkish towel. Just wrap it around your head after a nice head bath.

Thanks for the discussion. In Kolkata we use Shalimar or Parachute coconut oil regularly in our hair. In summer we sweat a lot. Once in a week we put shampoo.
