Sinuses! Sinuses! Go AWAY!

Last night (Monday Night) I started to feel sort of icky. The roof of my mouth was swollen, and every time I swallowed it hurt. I tried everything to get rid of it. I know on facebook I mention "Throat" but I honestly consider that to be all the same as I'd swallow (throat) and the top of my mouth would hurt.
I gargled with salt water, I sucked on cough drop after cough drop.
I took an allergy pill a little while ago and all it really did was make me sleepy and now I've woke up with the starts of a sinus headache.
One side of my face is puffier than the other, and my ear hurts on occasion.
Hi - Ho Hi - Ho off to work I go! Not cheery for it, but atleast all I've got to do is block and NOT talk to anyone haha.
What stinks is if this hasn't gone away by Wednesday Night! That will be an even harder night as we will be down a person so we'll have to pick up an aisle! Grr!
On a side note, a purchase I made at 4 AM this morning is already on it's way here! Got the confirm with shipping details at 11:25 this morning, or so the time stamp says.

Glad to hear the purchase is on its way. My daughter had what we though were severe allergies. She finally went to the doctor and come to find out she had a sinus infection and an ear infection.. Ugh! So she is on a series of antibiotics.

I am not sure that I have ever had a sinus infection before. I've felt this miserable before, but have never had to go get any antibiotics. My grandmother keeps hounding me about it, says that if I am not better soon that I need to go to the minute clinic.
I'm hoping I"ll be better soon, I can't afford more bills!
Sorry to hear that your daughter is feeling miserable! Ear infections are no walk in the park, and top that with sinus infection! yikes!

Try a decongestant to relieve the pressure in your sinuses. I get that quite often this time of year. Allergies suck.

Sounds like we are feeling very similar right now. My ears are painful and plugged. My sinuses hurt quite bad. I got some zinc today while I was out shopping as people on facebook told me that is supposed to help us get well faster.

Hope the sinus doesn't act up anymore. Better to take antibiotics just in case.

It hasn't gotten any worse, it's getting a bit better. I hope I won't have to take any antibiotics as I can't afford them at the moment.

Sounds like sinus infection if its not going away. I have a lot of issues like that and need nasal spray and antibitocs.

Yes, I think it's probably a sinus infection. I'm going to see about getting some medicine at work. I'm just hoping that this headache doesn't get worse. The lights at work dim at around 12:30 but until then they will be glaring!
