Where are the applicants for scholarship? Because of the implementation of K-12 program in Department of Education, there will be no or only few enrollees for college level. The completers of Junior high school will studying at Senior high. This is the main reason why only few are availing for the so many scholarship programs of the government. To address the problem, these scholarship program is accepting the 2nd year and 3rd year students just to cope the quota they needed. Still, even they accept the those students, the numbers will still be lacking. Lucky are the students now.
