This man has visited us to inform about how we should take care of our health. I have met him in Finland. He is one of the scientists that work with Stanford University and do research to find working food supplements. I am taking salmon oil, that has been checked very carefully for not having pollution. Maybe one of the cleanest one can find these days. The salmon is caught outside the Norwegian coast.

I think it depends on your diet, and many times in our society we don't get enough.

I should check on food rich in omega-3. I know some fish are rich in it.

Fat fish is good, as long as it comes from clean waters..

@marguicha Yes, I prefer to take the capsules from gnld.com - and we need to do research about the fish we eat. There might be some info on the Internet..

I am not sure whether I get enough Omega 3. But since we often have seafood, perhaps we will not be so lack of this element.

I take food supplements every day - they help a lot, and I recommend others to take at least some, if they can.. Why not check guld.com - I can give more info if you wish..

I guess it helps, but the Omega3 in fish is different - and better, according to what I have learned

Talking about enough getting omega -3 is mostly for heart health I guess. Nowadays everwhere many people are concern on this. Suppliments are good but consuming like fish and fruits containing omega 3 can be good

Yes, if we can get fish that has grown in clean environment, it is healthy food.. Chia seeds have some kind of Omega3 and some other seeds too. Omega3 is good for the whole body, including the brain. Can help with memory and a good mood..

Sounds good, if the fish comes from clean waters. The important is, that the fish is fat, as Omega3 is found in fat parts of the fish..
