Do I hear a sinus? How about a stress?

Headache, that's what! I seem to have turned a sinus headache into a tension headache because the sinus pain is so bad. I guess it's another weather change. It was really cool last week, but today warmed up a little, and there are storms coming. I assume that's why a sinus dictator took over my face. I used a nasal spray, and it usually works. My dad goes out of town this week, the same time, every year, to a conference. We tease him because it never fails that a tornado hits each time he is out of town for the conference. Fingers crossed this won't be the 6th year in a row. I feel yucky.
