Can anyone stop Virat Kohli today?

Virat Kohli, the captain of RCB had become a phenomenon by now. He never fails. He never gets hurt. He never gets tired.
He is almost compared with God now. Today in the semi-finals RCB is facing Gujarat Lions in Bengaluru.
It has been seen in the past that all the bowlers in the tournament including Bhubaneswar Kumar, Ashish Nehra, Bumrah, Morkel, Morris had miserably failed to bowl against him. The spinners also had done a hopeless job against him.
Today it is not a contest against RCB, it is only Kohli versus Gujarat.

@sathviksouvik KKR had match winner in Andre Russel and they were heavily reliant on him.
If team cant chase 160 in eliminator, that shows that their batting lacks depth.

Thanks Avinashji, yes it was a great innings of AB Devilliers. RCB is blessed with many match winners. Yesterday KKR lost to Sunrisers Hyderabad. The reasons are that none of the players were match winners including Gambhir, Utthappa, Yusuf Pathan and others. Having mediocre players in the team hurts. RCB is strong favourites to lift this years IPL.

You know it is a kind of mentality nowadays, when one player start playing his best cricket, reporters start talking about him , comparing him and make him GOD of Cricket. Then the moment his bat stop talking for 5 season or so, It will be same reporters who will be saying - Do selectors did a mistake including him in squad ?
I would say stop comparing. Let him play.1 person likes this

@sathviksouvik It is usually the temperament of the player at that moment, if David had kept it cool and reacted on right time ... The pressure could be on batting time.
To be honest I am not watching any of the IPL matches.
But let see who wins this one.

@sathviksouvik Virat Kohli is going through the best phase of his cricketing career, somewhat similar to what Sachin went through between year 1996 and 2004.

@avi256 Thanks Avinashji, I m more interested to see Virat Kohli carrying this form in tests for India against West Indies. He had tried too hard for RCB. I hope much cricket is left in him.
