What's everyone having for dinner tonight? I want to know!
I'm making a simple Italian dish that I don't know the name of in English. It is Linguine with a chunky tomato sauce, whole cloves of garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes. It is simple and rustic and so very satisfying. I love the flavor of the garlic cloves after they've been cooked to an almost brown color in the skillet before you add the tomatoes. Mmmmm. The whole thing is so good and homey and delish!
